Example essay to help my students understand what is required in terms of evaluation. Students will go through and highlight counterarguments, elaboration, AO1, AO2, IDA etc. I have also uploaded an annotated version to give out afterwards.

A sheet for revision/essay planning summarising the main points for each essay.  Space for AO1/primary AO2 support, AO2 crit, AO3, issues/debates, synoptic links.  I've filled in a few boxes but given I'm coming to the end of the module and moving schools I probably won't do any more with it.  I've linked the essay thematically.  All titles are taken from the excellent AFL relationships booklet.  The key thing for me was trying to get the students thinking about AO3,
