Powerpoint describing and evaluating SET and the matching hypothesis of relationship formation. It is based on WJEC's spec but I have taught AQA A and apart from the end exam question example it is all relevant to AQA A also. I got students to apply SET to celebrity couples and to work out the CL's and CLalts . It worked really well and made it a bit more interesting!

These slides use the essay booklet here: http://www.psychexchange.co.uk/resource/1632/ and a modification of this resource for making notes on the theories (I've embeded the .doc file as the last slide on the powerpoint, double click it to open the file and save it). http://www.psychexchange.co.uk/resource/1326/ I've put a couple of videos in to illustrate the points.  Then used my idea for a 'weighing up' task to get students actively making scales for relationship maintenance
